Responsibilities and accomplishments:

     

Led New Product Marketing group across all therapeutic areas to assess new product opportunities


Integrated INTEGRILIN and new product pipeline business strategy, leading to successful integration of Cor Therapeutics business and pipeline following merger


Led development and implementation of Millennium Marketing Foundations program, elevating overall marketing skills and instituting processes to ensure consistency in marketing and product development


Developed strategy to address customer segment and channel priorities across Millennium business areas, including key opinion leaders, wholesaler and media channels


Served as  the sole Commercial representative on the Portfolio Review Committee (PRC), making decisions on all R & D resource allocations company-wide, and on the Corporate Development Steering Committee (CDSC), evaluating and directing business development initiatives for the company


Managed all budgets and profit/loss responsibilities associated with the INTEGRILIN business


Launched successful INTEGRILIN product re-branding and re-positioning initiative, sales force realignment and new selling skills program, leading to consistent multi-year double-digit demand growth and over $350M in sales revenues in 2004
